All payments, including packages and offers, are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment once for free with 72 hours’ notice. If requests are made less than 72 hours’ notice the full payment will be retained.

Rescheduling can be done up to the maximum of 6 weeks from the original date you booked.

Please do not move furniture around. If you require a slightly different set-up, please ensure the team knows the requested changes when booking. We will confirm whether it will be possible.

If The Play Room is being hired for a photo shoot - 12 people maximum. If your booking requires more than 12 people, please seek prior approval. 

If The Social is being hired for a podcast - Comfortably equipped for three guests and crew. Please get in contact with us prior to booking if you require more guest space.

For event bookings, please contact us prior to booking to confirm the capacity.

The Play Room is located downstairs, which is fully accessible. However, The Social is located upstairs.

There is onsite parking, but please check at point of booking if they are available, and please ensure you only park in the confirmed designated space(s). 

Paid street parking is also available nearby.

Yes, but please inform us ahead of booking should you wish to bring your own food or drink. We will need details of what you’ll be bringing and any required fridge space.

No food or drink is allowed in The Play Room or The Social. Consumption is allowed in the kitchen and reception. Please use coasters and trays underneath your items, where possible.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside. Smoking is permitted outside the building, and you are responsible for cleaning up smoking-related debris before leaving. 

We also do not allow smoke machines, sparklers, or open flames. The candles in the space are purely decorative, so please do not light them.
