Launched in 2024 but imagined in 2020, multi-hyphenate creative Lauren Nicole welcomes you to LND Studio in W12. Inspired by the need for more colour, our photographic studio and podcast space epitomise ‘go bold or go home’. Each corner of the studio has been meticulously designed to ensure any pursuit or project that takes place in these four walls stands out with a distinctive flair.

  • LND Studio is where creative dreamers come to play! Whether hosting a workshop, launching something new, or just vibing with your vision, we have the perfect spot. Come on in, explore, and let’s unleash that creativity together!

  • All payments, including packages and offers, are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment once for free with 72 hours’ notice. If requests are made less than 72 hours’ notice the full payment will be retained.

    Rescheduling can be done up to the maximum of 6 weeks from the original date you booked.

    The higher tiers include the following and an additional Pod Mic and the Sony A7 iii camera.

  • Definitely! Upgrade your booking by including extra equipment - from cameras to lenses, lights and mic equipment. We’ve got you covered Just select which items you want to rent when booking your space.

    Already booked a space? You can still add to your booking by selecting items from our equipment page.

  • For the Sony ZV-E10 (Camera):

    Use any SanDisk Extreme SD card. We typically use the 512GB, but any SDHC/SDXC card with U3 speed class is compatible.

    For the RØDECaster Pro II (Audio Recorder):

    Bring a microSD card (not a full-sized SD) with the following specs:

    • Minimum 64GB

    • UHS-I, U3 speed class

    • V30 or higher

    • Formatted to ExFAT

    Recommended brands:
    SanDisk Extreme, Samsung EVO Select, or Lexar Professional (UHS-I, U3, V30 models).

    Avoid:
    Unbranded or low-cost cards, anything under 32GB, cards without U3/V30, and full-sized SD cards.

    We’re happy to check your card before recording. Approved cards are also available to rent.

  • Yes, we can provide an SD card for your session. Please note that footage and recordings will not be transferred during your booking time.

    If you need us to transfer the files after your session, we offer a transfer service for a £50+ VAT admin fee. Files will be delivered within 48 hours of your session.

  • Yes, you can! Email hello@lndstudio.co.uk to book.

  • We encourage you to make the space your own! You're welcome to move props and small items — we just ask that you take a photo of their original placement so everything can be returned to its proper spot.

    For larger furniture pieces, please speak to a member of our team. We're happy to assist with any adjustments to ensure everything is moved safely and in a way that protects the space.

  • If The Play Room is being hired for a photo shoot - 12 people maximum. If your booking requires more than 12 people, please seek prior approval. 

    The Social is equipped to record podcasts with up four guests and can comfortably accommodate three crew members, bringing the total capacity to seven people. If you require space for additional guests, please contact us prior to booking to discuss your needs.

    For event bookings, please contact us prior to booking to confirm the capacity.

  • The Play Room is located downstairs, which is fully accessible. However, The Social is located upstairs.

  • Yes, there will always be at least one member of staff during your booking.

  • There is onsite parking, but please check at point of booking if they are available, and please ensure you only park in the confirmed designated space(s). 

    Paid street parking is also available nearby.

  • Yes, but please inform us ahead of booking should you wish to bring your own food or drink. We will need details of what you’ll be bringing and any required fridge space.

    No food or drink is allowed in The Play Room or The Social. Consumption is allowed in the kitchen and reception. Please use coasters and trays underneath your items, where possible.

  • Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside. Smoking is permitted outside the building, and you are responsible for cleaning up smoking-related debris before leaving. 

    We also do not allow smoke machines, sparklers, or open flames. The candles in the space are purely decorative, so please do not light them.
