  • Purpose: Footage is used solely for security monitoring and to support investigations in the event of an incident, damage claim, or dispute.

  • Retention: CCTV footage is retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless it is required in connection with an incident, dispute, insurance claim, or legal matter, in which case it may be retained for longer.

  • Access: You have the right to request access to CCTV footage in which you appear by contacting us at hello@lndstudio.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • Legal basis: Processing of CCTV footage is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining the security of our premises and the safety of our clients and staff.

  • Secure Storage: We take reasonable steps to store personal data securely. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel of LND Studio only.
