Good to Know

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit secures your date: £200 for The Play Room or £250 for The Loft. It's invoiced separately, paid by bank transfer, and returned within 2 business days of your event once we've checked the space. If anything needs deducting, we'll send photos and an itemised breakdown within 48 hours.

  • Your deposit holds the date, and full payment for your event is due at least one week before.

  • If you think you might run over, speak to the member of staff on-site as early as possible. We'll always try to accommodate extra time, but it depends on availability, so we can't guarantee it on the day. Any extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks:

    • The Play Room: £85 per 30 minutes

    • The Loft: £115 per 30 minutes

    If you already know you'll need longer, it's best to add the time when you book.

  • Yes, you can reschedule once for free with at least 7 days' notice, to a new date within 6 weeks of your original booking. Your deposit and any payment made will move to the new date. All rescheduling is subject to availability.

    What's your cancellation policy?

    • More than 30 days before: your deposit is refunded in full

    • 14 to 30 days before: your deposit is kept as a cancellation fee

    • Fewer than 14 days before: your deposit is kept, and if you've already paid in full, the booking fee is non-refundable

    If we ever need to cancel on our side, you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

  • Every event comes with a Bluetooth speaker, on-site furniture, kitchen access, WiFi, climate control and a staff member on-site throughout.

    Should you require more furniture, we can arrange furniture hire.

  • Absolutely, you’re more than welcome. We have a fully functional kitchen with a full-sized fridge.

  • Yes. Our Resident Partner Programme gives you partner rates, priority dates and perks when you host 3 events within 6 months. Become a resident here.
