While other studios play it safe with neutral tones, we went bold with vibrant gradients and NYC loft-style aesthetics that make your content pop. Our tier-based pricing means you only pay for what you need - from DIY creators to full production teams. And because LND was built by creator Lauren Nicole (not a corporate landlord), every detail reflects what creatives actually need: professional equipment, break-out spaces, a real kitchen, and a vibe that inspires rather than intimidates.
TL;DR: If you want content that looks like everyone else's, shoot somewhere beige. If you want to stand out - come to LND.

You can book up to 150 days in advance. Last-minute bookings are also welcome - check our availability calendar for open slots as soon as 24 hours from now.
Booking & Payment

Minimum booking times vary by space:
The Loft - 1 hour
The Play Room - 1 hour
The Social Pro - 1 hour
The Social Lite/Standard/Elite - 2 hoursYour session time includes setup and pack-down.

All payments, including packages and offers, are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment once for free with 72 hours’ notice. If requests are made less than 72 hours’ notice the full payment will be retained.
Rescheduling can be done up to the maximum of 6 weeks from the original date you booked. If you need to reschedule, email hello@lndstudio.co.uk to see if we can accommodate your date change.

For studio sessions: Full payment is required before your booking date. You'll receive a payment link after confirming your booking.
For events: Full payment must be made at least one week before your event date.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

No deposit is required for studio bookings. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a payment link. Full payment must be completed 24 hours before your booking date.

Absolutely, we would recommend joining our membership programme for regular sessions in our Podcast studio, The Social. Or emailing hello@lndstudio.co.uk to discuss our recurring session discount for The Play Room and/or The Loft.
What's Included

Yes, WiFi is included and available throughout the studio. However, bandwidth may vary and we cannot guarantee speeds sufficient for live streaming or large file uploads during your session.

If The Play Room is being hired for a photo shoot - 12 people maximum. If your booking requires more than 12 people, please seek prior approval.
The Social is equipped to record podcasts with up four guests and can comfortably accommodate three crew members, bringing the total capacity to seven people. If you require space for additional guests, please contact us prior to booking to discuss your needs.
For event bookings, please contact us prior to booking to confirm the capacity.

Technical & Equipment

All Social bookings include a technical resources guide. Our team is available to answer questions, and The Social Pro/Elite tiers include a dedicated technician for setup and troubleshooting. If you need more extensive training, please inquire about our workshop options.

Our only fully sound-treated room is The Social, designed for high-quality recordings. Other spaces in the studio aren’t soundproof and may occasionally have background noise from nearby areas or maintenance. To minimise disruptions:
Book The Social if your session requires a quiet environment.
Let us know in advance if your session requires absolute silence, and we can advise on the best time to book.
If you notice noise during your session, alert our team immediately so we can help where possible.

For the Sony ZV-E10 (Camera):
Use any SanDisk Extreme SD card. We typically use the 512GB, but any SDHC/SDXC card with U3 speed class is compatible.
For the RØDECaster Pro II (Audio Recorder):
Bring a microSD card (not a full-sized SD) with the following specs:
Minimum 64GB
UHS-I, U3 speed class
V30 or higher
Formatted to ExFAT
Recommended brands:
SanDisk Extreme, Samsung EVO Select, or Lexar Professional (UHS-I, U3, V30 models).Avoid:
Unbranded or low-cost cards, anything under 32GB, cards without U3/V30, and full-sized SD cards.We’re happy to check your card before recording. Approved cards are also available to rent.

Yes, we can provide an SD card for your session. Please note that footage and recordings will not be transferred during your booking time.
If you need us to transfer the files after your session, we offer a transfer service for a £50+ VAT admin fee. Files will be delivered within 48 hours of your session.

Definitely! Upgrade your booking by including extra equipment - from cameras to lenses, lights and mic equipment. We’ve got you covered Just select which items you want to rent when booking your space.

During Your Session

Yes, you can bring guests within the maximum capacity limits (see capacity FAQ). This includes makeup artists, stylists, assistants, or clients. Please ensure your total headcount stays within the studio's maximum occupancy.

We encourage you to make the space your own! You're welcome to move props and small items — we just ask that you take a photo of their original placement so everything can be returned to its proper spot.
For larger furniture pieces, please speak to a member of our team. We're happy to assist with any adjustments to ensure everything is moved safely and in a way that protects the space.

Your booked time includes setup and pack-down, so early arrival is not necessary. However, if you need additional setup time, please book extra hours or arrive during your confirmed start time. The Social Elite tier includes 30 mins complimentary setup time.

Yes, overtime is available subject to availability. We'll give you a 15-minute warning before your session ends. Overtime is charged in 30-minute blocks (see our pricing page for rates) and capped at 2 additional hours maximum. Charges are billed immediately to your card on file.

A team member is always on-site during your booking. If you experience any technical issues, simply alert our team and we'll help troubleshoot immediately. The Social Pro and Elite tiers include a dedicated studio technician for setup and technical support.
Studio Rules & Policies

Yes, but please inform us ahead of booking should you wish to bring your own food or drink. We will need details of what you’ll be bringing and any required fridge space.
No food or drink is allowed in The Play Room or The Social. Consumption is allowed in the kitchen and reception. Please use coasters and trays underneath your items, where possible.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside. Smoking is permitted outside the building, and you are responsible for cleaning up smoking-related debris before leaving.
We also do not allow smoke machines, sparklers, or open flames. The candles in the space are purely decorative, so please do not light them.

We are located in West 12 Studios, formally known as Askew Crescent Workshops.

There is onsite parking, but please check at point of booking if they are available, and please ensure you only park in the confirmed designated space(s).
Paid street parking is also available nearby.

The nearest station is Shepherds Bush Market on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, approximately 17 minutes walk from the studio. Or a 10 minute bus ride on the 207, 260 or 72 bus.
