You've found your format. Maybe it's a supper club that sells out every month, a workshop series with a waiting list, or a community night people now plan their diaries around. What you need is a space that knows you, holds your dates, and doesn't charge you full price every single time.

The Resident Partner Programme is for hosts building something recurring: supper clubs, workshops, panels, community meetups, brand activations, launches and creative nights. If you're planning more than one event, this is the better way to book.

How Does It Work?

01 / Commit to Three Events

Host 3 events within 6 months. Your term starts from the date of your first confirmed event.

02 / Book at Least Three Hours

Each event runs for a minimum of 3 hours, giving you room to set up, host properly and wind down without rushing.

03 / Pay as You Go

No subscription and no upfront bundle. Every event is invoiced on its own, so your cash flow stays yours.

04 / Hold Your Dates

A refundable security deposit secures each date. It's returned within 2 business days of your event once we've completed our post-event check.

Partner Rates, Every Time

    • Standard Rate: £150/hr

    • Resident Partner: £130/hr

    • Standard: £200/hr

    • Resident Partner: £180/hr

    • Standard: £240hr

    • Resident Partner: £210/hr

What That Looks Like:
Run three 3-hour events in The Loft for up to 60 guests and you'll save £270 on hire. Add your complimentary 30 minutes on each event and that's around £630 of value across your term.

Priority Booking

Get first access to recurring dates, so your series can run on the same night without fighting for the calendar.

One Free Date

Plans shift. Move one event per quarter at no charge, with notice and subject to availability.

30 Minutes on Us

Every event comes with an extra half hour for setup or breakdown. Just let us know which works best when you book, and we'll confirm it with your booking details.

Social Amplification

Where it fits, we'll share your event with our community across LND Studio's channels to help you fill the room.

Good to Know

  • Plans change, and we get that. Your partner rates still apply to every event you've hosted, and there's no penalty or extra charge. Your Resident Partner term simply ends after 6 months, and any future bookings will be at our standard rates unless you'd like to start a new term.

  • Yes. Your partner rates are fixed for the full 6 months from your first event.

  • Within 2 business days of your event, after our post-event check. If anything's been damaged, we'll send photos and an itemised breakdown within 48 hours.

  • If you think you might run over, speak to the member of staff on-site as early as possible. We'll always try to accommodate extra time, but it depends on availability, so we can't guarantee it on the day.

    Any extra time we're able to give is charged as overtime, in 30-minute blocks:

    • The Play Room: £85 per 30 minutes

    • The Loft: £115 per 30 minutes

    Your complimentary 30 minutes doesn't count towards overtime. We'll agree with you in advance whether you'd like to use it before your event for setup or after for breakdown, so everyone's clear on timings before the day.

    If you already know you'll need longer, it's best to add the time when you book.

  • Yes. As a Resident Partner, you get one free date change per quarter, as long as you give us notice (we recommend at least 14 days) and the new date falls within 8 weeks of the original. Your deposit and any payment already made move with you to the new date.

    If you need to cancel:

    • More than 30 days before: your deposit is refunded in full

    • 14 to 30 days before: your deposit is kept as a cancellation fee

    • Fewer than 14 days before: your deposit is kept, and if you've already paid in full, the booking fee is non-refundable

    If we ever need to cancel on our side, you'll get a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

  • Absolutely, you’re more than welcome. We have a fully functional kitchen with a full-sized fridge.

    • Bluetooth speaker for music and audio playback

    • On-site furniture - tables, chairs, and seating (additional furniture hire can be arranged)

    • Full kitchen access - fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and prep space

    • High-speed Wifi

    • On-site support - staff member available during your event

    • Climate control - AC and heating to keep guests comfortable

  • There's no upfront fee or bundle payment to join the programme. Instead, each event is invoiced on its own:

    • To hold your date: a refundable security deposit (£200 for The Play Room, £250 for The Loft), paid by bank transfer

    • Your booking fee: paid in full at least one week before each event

    Your deposit is returned within 2 business days of your event, once we've checked the space.
